VDRS MOBILE is a digital video recorder based on the industrial PC computer. It was designed for mobile use. VDRS Mobile supports up to 8 cameras and 60 fps per entire system. Video picture is recorded locally in the vehicle but could be viewed and recorded remotely via GPRS connection anywhere you can access the Internet.

VDRS MOBILE includes a motherboard, processor (CPU 650MHz), hard disk and video capture board with up to 8 video inputs. The entire system is locked in a sealed case resistant to humidity and high temperatures.

Access to recorded video archives could be done in two different ways:
1. By using the integrated network adapter. Local network supports 100Mb/s bandwidth.
2. By using wireless network adapter (802.11b). The wireless networks supports 10Mb/s (802.11b) or 54Mb/s (802.11g) bandwidth.
Both connections could be used for service, configuration or fast browsing the archives.

The device supports connection up to 4 alarm inputs and 3 outputs. The alarm input could be used to connect the panic button in the driver's cabin. Pressing the button could mark the time chart, toggle outputs to lock the door or send the pictures via GPRS to headquarters. Other inputs could be used to connect the door sensors. The recorder starts as the engine starts running, turning off the system could be done automatically after specified period of time.

VDRS Mobile could cooperate with GPS system, monitor and the keyboard.
