OUTSOURCE PLUS is a compact Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE Plus) injector.
It injects industry-standard
IEEE 802.3at POE onto Cat 5 or similar network cabling to deliver reliable remote power to PTZ IP cameras,
802.11n wireless access points (APs) and other high-power devices.
OUTSOURCE can also deliver enhanced
PoE Plus to OUTREACH PLUS for
maximum range and PoE Plus
extension.
Upgrade to PoE Plus easily -
Simply route a single network connection through OUTSOURCE PLUS,
and it will automatically inject electrical
power onto the cable whenever it detects a compatible device.
Designed for straightforward installation, OUTSOURCE PLUS is a compact, wall-mountable unit with a sealed,
fanless design for reliability. Safety is assured as PoE will only be enabled to compliant equipment, and
overload protection is incorporated.
Extended compatibility -
OUTSOURCE PLUS supports Gigabit Ethernet as well as 100BASE-T and
10BASE-T.
It supports both IEEE
802.3at (PoE Plus) and 802.1af (regular PoE).
Enhanced power for OUTREACH PLUS -
OUTSOURCE PLUS can deliver enhanced PoE power to
OUTREACH PLUS network extender, enabling
extension of PoE Plus Ethernet connections to
higher-power devices over longer distances.
PoE devices that can be used with OUTSOURCE include PTZ Security cameras, IP video phones, Wireless-N network access points, OUTREACH Plus Ethernet and high-power PoE range extender, OUTREACH QUAD PoE-forwarding Ethernet switch
