The new cctv package is now up and running at York Way and the results are outstanding, in only the few days it has been live we have footage of criminal and illegal activities, we also have the facilities to take still photos from the recorded footage which we are showing to the Police so that we can have a way of identifying the people who are causing problems on the estate and build up files on regular people who misuse York Way estate in the hope that Anti Social Behaviour orders can be implemented, the Estate Manager has already sent letters to all flats stating that the cctv is now live and warning offenders that they will be prosecuted where necessary and recharged for any vandalism.

I know that I am talking on behalf of all estate staff when I say that this new system is outstanding and the results will be amazing in combating the crime on the estate."
